Grilled Argentinian Sausages with Green Peas and Sauerkraut

- 1 pound Argentinian chorizos or Italian sausages 100% natural or organic.
- 3 cups green peas fresh or frozen
- 2 medium carrots Cut it into small cubes.
- 12 cherry tomatoes Cut it in half.
- 8 ounces sauerkraut drained
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
In a medium saucepan bring water to boil.
Cut carrots into small cubes.
Cut the tomatoes in half.
